Project Manager of Integrations

The Project Manager of Integrations will be responsible for planning and managing assigned integration projects involving business processes, systems, and cross functional workflows. Working under the direction of integration leadership, this role coordinates with internal teams to track progress, manage risks, and support the successful execution of integration initiatives aligned with company priorities. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Strategic Integration Leadership

  • Develop and implement integration strategies that align business processes, technology, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure seamless integration across departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product Development, IT).
  • Assist EVP of Integrations with Mergers, Acquisitions, or Partnerships, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment of processes and products.

Process Optimization & Improvement

  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and gaps, recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Support EVP of Integrations with process re-engineering initiatives, focusing on streamlining operations and driving cost efficiencies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product development, marketing, finance, IT, and other key departments to ensure alignment of strategies and execution of integration processes and products.
  • Align technology, process, and product business solutions with the HRIS Systems Integrations timelines, by partnering with the IT teams, and Business Groups.

Project Management

  • Lead and oversee cross-functional integration projects from initiation through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Establish project timelines, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
  • Project Management guidance and/or support to the business groups upon request.

Technology and Tools  

  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to support integration and process automation.
  • Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company’s overall objectives, strategic goals, and individual business group needs.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integration initiatives.
  • Monitor performance, provide regular updates to executive leadership, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Teamwork and Development 

  • Integration team counterparts’ collaborating to cultivate a culture of teamwork, driving high-performance results.
  • Seek guidance and support from EVP of Integrations to navigate complex integration challenges, ensuring team success and individual growth.


OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist with special projects
  • Other duties as assigned


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 + years’ project management experience
  • Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel)


COMPENSATION:

The starting base pay for this position is listed below. However, you should know that the pay rate may vary based on regional location, the candidate’s skill, and relevant experience. In addition, some positions may include a form of bonus or other incentive compensation, which would not be included in this salaried range. 

Annual Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000
